All inspections are visual and non-invasive unless otherwise specified. We inspect accessible areas only.
2. Bookings
Bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is only confirmed once accepted by us.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Scope of Inspection
Our inspections are limited to what is visible and safely accessible at the time of inspection.
We do not:
Break through walls, floors, or fixed structures
Perform invasive testing unless agreed in writing
Guarantee detection of hidden or intermittent faults
4. Reports
Inspection reports are based on conditions observed at the time of inspection. Reports are prepared in good faith and are not a guarantee of future performance or condition of plumbing systems.
Any recommendations provided are advisory only.
5. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage
We are not responsible for pre-existing faults not visible or accessible at the time of inspection
Our liability is limited to the cost of the inspection service provided
6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must ensure:
Safe and reasonable access to all inspection areas
All utilities (water, gas, power if required) are connected and operational
Any known hazards are disclosed prior to inspection
7. Payment Terms
Payment is required as agreed at the time of booking or upon completion unless otherwise stated
We reserve the right to withhold reports until payment is received in full
8. Cancellations
Cancellations within [e.g. 24–48 hours] of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee
No-shows may be charged in full
